1. How is AI impacting your work?
AI is revolutionizing SaaS B2B customer experience by augmenting human skills, automating routines, and enabling predictive analytics and personalization. As a thought leader and fractional CCO I am architecting AI roadmap, by guiding organizations to embrace a "human-first AI" philosophy, enhancing decision-making for both customer success teams and clients. This approach strategically blends AI's power with human expertise, re-imagining customer interactions and driving business growth.
2. How do you use AI in your daily life?
I’ve seamlessly integrated AI into my daily life to supercharge productivity and efficiency. I rely on AI Pin, my wearable assistant, to manage my calendar and set reminders, while Motion optimizes my schedule for high-impact tasks. For research, I use Perplexity AI for comprehensive answers and Elicit to find relevant papers and summarize key findings.
Additionally, in my volunteer work, I leverage various AI education tools to mentor underprivileged kids, enhancing their learning opportunities and skill development. By embracing these AI solutions, I’ve transformed both my personal productivity and my ability to make a meaningful impact in others' lives.
3. What is your favorite AI tool right now?
Most recently, I’ve been using NaturalReader (https://www.naturalreaders.com/) for the underprivileged students I coach who have dyslexia. This AI text-to-speech tool has been incredibly beneficial for their presentation submissions and learning while on the go. With its natural-sounding voices and support for multiple formats, it enhances accessibility and makes learning more engaging for them.
4. What advice do you have for someone who is just getting started with AI?
As an expert in AI and customer experience, my advice for those starting with AI is to embrace a "human-first" approach while taking immediate action. Begin by experimenting with user-friendly AI tools like ChatGPT, perplexity in your daily life to understand their practical applications. Focus on identifying real-world problems in your field where AI can enhance customer experiences without replacing human interaction.
Start small but act now—start using co-pilot capabilities in your current techstack and start implementing manageable AI projects that can scale to transform customer journeys. Stay informed about AI ethics and join relevant communities to engage in discussions about AI's impact on CX.
Remember, the goal is to leverage AI to create more meaningful, empathetic, and efficient customer experiences while maintaining the crucial human touch. By adopting this balanced approach, you'll be well-positioned to innovate and lead in the rapidly evolving landscape of AI-driven customer experience.
5. How can women in AI support each other? Women in AI can support each other by engaging in community-driven initiatives like Women in AI, which focuses on empowerment, education, and active collaboration. By cheering each other, supporting events, meet-ups, and mentorship programs to connect women at different career stages, fostering a network where they can share knowledge and experiences.
Additionally, programs to help accelerate and aspire female entrepreneurs kickstart their AI startups by providing resources and support. By participating in such communities, women can inspire each other, advocate for inclusive AI practices, and collectively work towards reducing gender disparities in the field.
