1. How is AI impacting your work?

AI is revolutionizing my work by driving innovation and efficiency, yet it presents challenges in data privacy and ethical use. Keeping up with advancements and navigating evolving regulations are essential for maintaining a competitive edge and ensuring responsible implementation.

2. How do you use AI in your daily life?

As a business and technical leader, I use AI in my daily life to enhance productivity and decision-making. I use ChatGPT and Claude for drafting and brainstorming, and Zinnia for CRM and contact intelligence. To stay updated and learn, I actively participate in forums like OpenAI Forum and Hugging Face Forum.

3. What is your favorite AI tool right now? 

With over 200 Gen AI apps out there, it's tough to pick a favorite, but I'd say my favorite AI tool is the latest one I’m exploring! I love trying out new tools and featuring them in my newsletter, Gen AI for Business, keeping things fresh and innovative. The joy of discovery and sharing these gems with my audience keeps me hooked!

4. What advice do you have for someone who is just getting started with AI?

Dive in and experiment! Start by exploring tools like ChatGPT for brainstorming and automation, and platforms like Zinnia for CRM. Engage with communities on the OpenAI Forum and Hugging Face Forum to stay updated and learn from others. Embrace the challenges and keep iterating—innovation thrives on bold, continuous learning.

Lauren Goodell, founder and CEO of Zinnia. She is inspiring and supportive of other women in the space.

6. How can women in AI support each other? Women in AI can support one another by being each other’s champions. Share knowledge, opportunities, and resources freely—mentor, collaborate, and celebrate each other's successes. Join and create networks to connect, learn, and grow together. When women support one another, magic truly happens, leading to greater innovation and impact in the AI field.
