Founder
Lana Dubinskiy founded Women and AI in October 2023, leveraging her expertise as a product leader and innovation strategist to create a space where women in AI can connect and thrive. Building on lessons from co-founding SharedQuill, a pioneering AI-based mental health nonprofit, Lana has grown Women and AI into a vibrant professional community. As a Digital Services Expert for the White House and Chief AI Product Officer, she brings deep industry knowledge to her role, leading discussions on AI ethics, bias, and emerging technologies. Through roundtables, workshops, and panel discussions, Lana empowers members to overcome challenges and advance their careers while shaping a more inclusive future for women in artificial intelligence.
